The photo with Gagarin is one of the most famous works of Leonid Lazarev, many people know it since childhood. The shot was taken at the moment when Yuri Gagarin landed in Vnukovo and went to report on the completion of the mission – the first human space flight was successful. Leonid Lazarev managed to take a photo when Gagarin touched the ground with his heel and the tip of his toe, which conveys the feeling of flight and weightlessness.
